Capital city in Sofia City, Bulgaria
Sofia
Affordable, green capital with fast internet, a strong nomad scene, a small walkable center and Vitosha mountain on the doorstep. Winter smog, patchy air quality and some grey Soviet-era districts are trade-offs.
